A lifting magnetic is a high-powered magnetic device which can lift, move and position ferromagnetic plates. It helps workers to quickly and efficiently handle heavy objects. Lifting magnet, once activated, sticks to the object and hold it so the worker can easily lift and move it. Turning the handle can change the direction of the magnetic field and hence release the load.
Lifting magnet can move flat or smooth plates with no connection point. The only requirement is that the objects must be ferromagnetic.
One of the lifting magnet’s benefits is a lower risk of workers’ injury and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), since workers do not have to lift and carry the heavy loads physically. It also improves productivity and saves time.
