The tallest building in the big metropolitan area of Beijing is under construction. 528 Z15 meters high and has 108 floors. The elevators are transported using the Gustavo Steel tower. An unusual skyscraper form inspired by the ancient Chinese wine ship “Zun”.

This multipurpose building, which is under development in Beijing’s commercial sector, is the tallest building replacing the tower of China. It includes seven underground floors and a large tower that has a total of 350,000 square meters of office space, a private club and a spectacular arena.

The vertical shape of the tower curve has a very modern feel. The maximum use of floor space is seen in the upper floors of the building, and the bottom section of the tower guarantees static stability.

A fully equipped steel frame, a concrete core and side lift capacity, ensure a skyscraper built in a very strong earthquake area that will be completed in 2018. Contracts each containing 700 6×1 m 16 mm Rope F10, 400 6×1 m 16 mm F7 Rope and 1.000×1 m 9.5 mm F10 R10 rope are produced by F10 ropes in Gütersloh.
